Founder of Ads for our Future, Brian Aitken, Nominated for Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 List

Brian Aitken, founder of Ads for our Future, has been recognized for twenty-two years worth of achievements in the advertising industry and nominated for the prestigious Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 List.

The Ad Age 40 under 40 list recognizes talented individuals who have been responsible for helping to advance a business or a brand at an advertiser, agency, media, tech or marketing company in the past year. Aitken has been helping to advances businesses and brands for nearly two decades, having launched two of the fastest growing advertising organizations in the last three years.

Aitken embarked on his digital advertising journey at the age of seventeen and has since held leadership positions at agencies like Edelman, Ketchum, Assembly, and JPL before launching his own digital advertising platform built on inclusivity and freedom of expression, Topple

Aitken built Topple in response to increasing censorship imposed by major advertising platforms and exchanges that thwarted the attempts of many law-abiding businesses to advertise to their potential customers across the open-web. Topple levels the playing field for these industries while providing a network for brands to reach an incremental audience of American consumers with diverse backgrounds and interests.

Topple’s gross revenues increased by 825% from 2021 to 2022 and allowed Aitken to dedicate up to $2 million in digital advertising resources for Ads for our Future (AFOF) in it’s chartered mission to amplify causes and issues that don’t get the attention they deserve.

Through Ads for our Future, Aitken has donated over $2 million in digital advertising solutions, amplifying causes and issues that are often overlooked. The Institute for Justice was the first recipient of a six-figure advertising grant, allowing millions of people to learn about the organization’s tireless work defending the rights of ordinary Americans.

From his audacious beginnings as a teenager to revolutionizing the digital advertising landscape, Brian Aitken has demonstrated that advertising can be a catalyst for positive change. His nomination for Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 Award is a testament to his unwavering dedication and exceptional contributions to the industry.
